Stardoll may have been partially down for a period in the last 24 hours. Like any other site, technical problems happen. As the site comes back, it will not be unusual to experience some issues. Everything should be back up and running smoothly soon.

If you are looking to inquire about why your doll didn't move on to the next round of MSW, or send a complaint about a doll who did, your message may not receive a response, as our staff hand-checks each contestant to ensure they are abiding by our One-Stop and MSW Fair Play Rules. We applaud everyone who who has participated and warmly thank those whose MSW 2018 journey has come to an end.
