We are working to fix the message that says you can not purchase an item, because you need to be Level 17 or more. The message shows up when trying to purchase something from the Starbazaar, while the account is in quarantine.

When you change your email or password, your account will be put on quarantine, which means that the Recycling, Gift Shop and Starbazaar features will be blocked.

If you confirmed your email on Stardoll, you will receive a message with a link that can remove this security lock, otherwise you'll just need to wait 48 hours until the quarantine period is over.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this a security feature we have to protect our members and their accounts!
