My SMS payment failed - what's wrong?

Your SMS payment may have failed due to the following reasons: • You are using a mobile operator who is not supported. • You don't have enough credit on your mobile phone. • The mobile phone does not have the option to use mobile billing enabled. • The provider is out of your service area and is therefore unable to reply to your SMS.

If none of the above applies, please contact us with your mobile number and the name of your mobile carrier.
