She is one of the undisputed queens of the catwalks. Born on the outskirts of London in a middle class neighborhood, at 8 years old, she appeared in a video by Bob Marley. At 10, she studied dance at the Academy of Performing Arts in London, and at 14 she was discovered by the director of the agency Synchro while walking in London. Some say that she is not punctual and a bit of a diva. Despite this, many call her the Ebony Goddess. She, on the other hand, can boast of having been part of that unique phenomenon in the nineties known as supermodels alongside such names as Turlington, Crawford, Evangelista or Schiffer, she reigned on the catwalks all around the world. However, her skin color made it a bit harder than the rest of the supermodels and she had to deal with the racism that - even still today - is unfortunately a part of the world of fashion and advertising. She is... Naomi Campbell!
