- Katy Perry just made her first her first US appearance since her break up with husband Russell Brand at 1 OAK nightclub to host Friday night’s GiveLove charity event in Las Vegas. She held on tight to jewelry designer and co-host Markus Molinari, and they really seemed to enjoy each others company! They hugged and held hands during the whole evening...But before you conclude that there may be something going on between them, we must add that Markus was kind enough to assure reporters at the event that they are nothing more than just friends. Markus told People that Katy was kind enough to help out his GiveLove cause because “that’s what friends do.” But seriously, they really they seemed to enjoy working with each other, don't you think?(celebuzz)
