Good news girls... Justin Bieber has finally decided he is ready to date! The not so good news is, well he is a little picky. He knows exactly what kind of girl he is looking for and he wants to find a girl that is a mixture of Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry! Justin says he thinks both Cheryl and Katy are two of the hottest girls in the world and so normal and funny too, but since he is too young for them, he wants them to help him find someone that is a younger version of them. So girls if you think you got what it takes, go for it!
