Has Dr. Dreamy become a garbage man?!
Patrick Dempsey did his work as a husband and took out the recycling bin. We normally see the hunk Patrick in a white coat when he stars as Dr. Derek Shepherd also known as Dr. Dreamy on Grey's Anatomy. But now when we see him in sweatpants and a t-shirt, the sex appeal is gone!
