Bullying

Bullying is not talked about nearly enough, considering that almost everybody will experience or witness bullying at some point in their life.

For the bully, it can be rewarding at the time, but most do eventually regret what they have done as they become more aware of it.

For the witness, it can be awkward, not knowing what to do but feeling as if something needs to be done.

For the victim, it can be humiliating, embarrassing even. It is not fun.
If you are a victim of bullying please:

1. Tell someone
It might not be easy, but it's for the best. If it is happening online, then report them, talk to your parents, friends, anyone that you can!

2.Don't Believe what they Say
In any situation where you are being bullied, remember that the bully's insults are lies or exaggerations with the intention of upsetting you- don't let them do that!

3. Don't React
Reacting may prompt the bully to continue- if you act like you don't care then they are less likely to (and you might even believe it!)
