Carnival Competitions are heating up! Today's challenge will be based in your design skills!
Create something beautiful and outlandish in StarDesign! Perhaps a dress made out of hair, make up & accessories done with jewelry... the only rule is: be creative! And to create your own designs, of course.
Submit a photo of your special Carnival StarDesign creation for a chance to be featured in the the blog. One talented designer will also receive a gift in Stardollars!
