ElleGirl- It’s the first official day of New York Fashion Week! Ekkk!! While most people are well-rested and prepared for a week without sleep and constant running around, we already hit that point about a week ago, so the next seven days are going to feel extra intense. The past few nights we’ve been working well past 1am, and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to let up anytime soon. It’s amazing the amount of work that comes up last minute when preparing for these shows! This includes finding out we need pipe and drape (and that it’s not supplied by the show production team), waiting on the show sponsor delivery, organizing logistics with the hair and makeup team; the list goes on and on… Our main focus over the past few days has been our model fittings; we are almost finished, and everything is looking great. We couldn’t be happier with the product this season. I am so excited to show it to everyone! There is no doubt in my mind that this has been the best collection yet. The hardest part has been deciding which model should wear what. And because it is a runway show and each model has a change, we must decide the order of the garments not only based how they look, but also how much time the model will have to change in between her looks, which makes it a lot more difficult.

Shay is super cute and has an amazing body! So what's her secret? Shay said "I love riding my bike from Venice to Santa Monica and doing that whole beach/boardwalk route. - OMG! Brace yourself girls, it looks like Ryan Gosling is no longer single! Ryan's newest gf is the very gorgeous Eva Mendes! The two were spotted at Disneyland (aw!) kissing and holding hands! They rode all of the rides, ate a lot of junk food, and couldn't keep their hands off each other! Ryan and Eva are currently filming "The Place Beyond the Pines," and they have been friends for awhile, so it was just a matter of time before they hooked up. One source revealed, "there's always been this strong chemistry between them!"
We're happy that Ryan is happy, we haven't seen him with anyone seriously since he was engaged to Rachel McAdams, but we kinda wish he would've waited until he met us. ;) (usmagazine)

We’re going to need a flow chart to keep track of the rumors around Kanye West’s fashion collection. There’s been a new factor every few months for what feels like years but it sounds like this season, the rapper really will have something to show for all that work. To recap, the latest news involved Louise Goldin, a Central St. Martin’s trained knitwear designer who’d been hooked up with West through CSM professor Louise Wilson. Goldin was said to be helping West with the women’s collection, while Giuseppe Zanotti was handling the shoes and Christine Centenera, who’s Australian, would be styling. Rumor also had West poised to show the collection at New York Fashion Week—which starts today. But now, thanks to tweets from @hisssquad (seriously) it sounds like editors will have to wait until Paris to see what West’s cooked up. They say, “Which ultra-power stylist is now playing in Kayne’s camp for his blue chip Paris showing. And it IS a Paris showing kids!”

- Say you wake up and realize you'r sooo late, and your hair is greasy and crazy looking! Don't panic! Fall hottest hair trend, the french braid, will save you! We love french braids, all of our fave celebs are rocking them like Rihanna, Jessica Alba, and Whitney Port! The coolest thing about french braids is that it can be done in so many different ways! Add bangs, try a side braid, or braid your whole head! All it takes is practice and some hairpins!
How To Get a Perfect French Braid:
1. Start with three small sections at the crown of your head.
2. Begin to braid your hair, adding more to each section every time.
3. Braid until you've reached your desired length
4. Use a lot hair spray to ensure your braid will stay put and secure any flyaways with bobby pins.

- Every Fall we look forward to our favorite shows returning to TV! We spend cozy Fall nights cuddled on the couch and laughing at all of the hilarious sitcoms! Some of our faves are 30 Rock, Modern Family, How I Met Your Mother, and The Office! But there are so many more that we just love! It's hard to decide which is our absolute favorite! What's yours?

- A couple days ago Beyonce announced that she was pregnant! We were so excited that we danced around! Beyonce has always said that she would be pregnant by 30 and the singer just turned 30 this past weekend! But how did the world famous singer and her equally famous rapper husband celebrate such a huge milestone?
They flew to Italy! Beyonce and Jay-Z decided to spend her birthday hanging out in Venice, living the life of luxury! The couple ate dinner at a very fancy restaurant and also held a birthday party on a yacht! Friends such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Erykah Badu stopped by to say "congrats!" to Beyonce! It sounds like an amazing birthday! Are we a bit jealous? Yes! But we think Beyonce deserves it! (people and tmz)
