Procrastination . . . 🕗 🕚

Hello Dolls!

Although many of us tend to do it at some point, procrastinating is one of the worst things that you can do to yourself. 

Whether you're procrastinating to do something for school, work, or just something that you've been planning to do, procrastinating tends to just make everything worse. The longer that you procrastinate doing something, the more you'll be bothered by the thought of it. After a while, procrastinating can also make whatever it is seem a lot harder than it actually is. Not only that, but even without realizing it, procrastinating can put you under a lot of stress. 

I'll admit, I'm definitely a procrastinator who will practically wait forever to do something. Although it can be pretty hard to break the habit of procrastinating, here are two tips that I normally use to help myself:

- Whenever you find yourself procrastinating, think of this: You'll have to do it at some point. Easier to go ahead and get it over with than to wait.

- Almost like how you'd reward a puppy for doing a special trick, reward yourself whenever you don't procrastinate.
