Relaxing... Finally!

I just finished the last essay I have to write in this semester of my university course, which means I get the chance to relax properly for once! If you've just finished a big task or section of something, maybe you could take a break too. Here are some of my fave ways to relax!



Sleeping in!
A good sleep is honestly my favourite way to recharge. Take advantage of the extra hours you have, and get up later - or go to bed earlier! If you wake up early anyway, you could use the time in bed to read a good book or catch up on your online life from the warmth of your blankets.


Cleaning!
While cleaning may not seem that relaxing, I find that when I'm over stressed and busy, my room tidying schedule tends to fall by the wayside. If you have the same problem, take the opportunity to fix it! Pack up the things on the floor, change your sheets, throw out any rubbish, and vaccuum. You'll feel so much better after!


Have a bath!
A good soak can feel amazing after spending a long time working on something. If you have any fancy bubbles or bath bombs, use them - let the smells soothe you. You could even bring a cold glass of fresh homemade lemonade, or bring a book to read- just make sure you don't drop it in!
