This past weekend, reports hollywoodrag.com, she rescued an Oompa-Loompa (Robin Sherwood) from a mob of fans who rushed the stage where he was performing at Miami’s Cameo nightclub. And now, perezhilton.com is saying that the celebutante has promised to donate 20% of the sales from her latest venture, a champagne called Rich Prosecco, to an organization that distributes drinkable water to people in need. On her promotional tour for the RP our reformed celebutante took amoment to spell out the broad outlines of her new approach to conspicuous consumption, she said: "Whether it's for the environment or it's for people or it's for animals, everyone can do something to help out the world. "And I think being a celebrity, we have a chance to raise awareness and shine light on things that are going on in the world that people aren't paying attention to." Well the New Year's champagne toasts should certainly taste sweeter knowing that quaffing the bubbly will help getting drinkable water to people who need it –that's a glass well worth raising … and cheers to Paris for continuing her mission to put her party-girl days behind her in a super-positive fashion!
