Many of Hollywood's generally considered hottest young stars showed up US Weekly's Hot Hollywood Style 2011 Issue Event held at Eden in Hollywood yesterday. Surprisingly enough, not many guys showed! We could actually only spot one on the red carpet, Joe Jonas. He must of had the time of his life, being the only guy within a 20 yard radius of dozens of gorgeous single girls! We can't help but wonder if he put his moves on one of them... Either way - who do you think came out top on the red carpet? No pun intended!

Seeing as she is getting married with the future king of England tomorrow, we think a deeper look into Kate Middleton's style is due! We have gathered paparazzi photos of Kate throughout the years and if there's one conclusion that stands out from the rest, it's that she LOVES boots! She wears them with absolutely everything! Jeans, trench coats, dresses - you name it! Overall though, her style is nothing special. Here's hoping she had a lot of stylist help picking out her wedding dress!

One of Angelina Jolie's St. John ads. Photo: St. John

When St. John replaced Angelina Jolie with a string of models, most notably Karen Elson, they made it clear they were going in search of their roots. They’d gotten lost along the way, chasing the youth factor, hiring an actress instead of Kelly Gray to be their face and re-working their stable of classics.

But now it appears as if they’ve steadied, and they’re jumping back on the A-list bandwagon. It makes sense that the first face of the new St. John would be Kate Winslet. Winslet’s one of the few A-list actors who feels accessible—everyone loves her even though she’s gorgeous, wealthy and ridiculously talented. She’ll appeal to the classic St. John customer as well as a younger crowd, and the other brand she reps, Lancome, is perfectly aligned with St. John. WWD reports they’re shooting the fall ads in New Jersey, with Craig McDean, today.

With all his jumping and jerking his back up on stage all day, we're not surprised to hear it happened! Pop star Justin Bieber recently hurt his back right before flying in to perform in Australia. When Justin touched down in Brisbane on Tuesday he was seen grimacing and rubbing his back while exiting the airport, and now he is apparently in such agony that he spends all his free time just laying on the bed of his hotel room!He took to his Twitter account to talk about the pain, "Crazy 24 hours of travel, back is messed up, but we are smiling. We finally made it. AUSTRALIA we are here! back is in ALOT of pain, gonna rest up, back is killing me."We bet teen girls all over the world are just dying to give him a back massage right about now!

Mandy Moore spent Monday with the United Nations Foundation celebraing World Malaria Day. In the morning, Moore—an ambassador for PSI, a global health organization whose programs target malaria and other health problems—and former Houston Rockets center Dikembe Mutombo unveiled a new public service announcement on the Toshiba Vision screen in Times Square to highlight “Nothing but Nets,” the foundation’s grassroots campaign to raise funds for and awareness of insecticide-treated nets that prevent malaria-carrying mosquitoes from biting at night. In the evening, Moore, Mutombo and other “champions” in the fight against malaria were honored at a reception at the UN, where the champions’ portraits—by celebrity photographer Platon—went on display. Both the PSA and photo exhibit run through late May.  We caught up with Moore at the reception to talk about her volunteer work, music and fashion choices.

Mother’s Day is coming up, and it’s our daughterly duty to let the superwoman in our lives know how much she is appreciated. Give mom a call, take her out to brunch, or pick up a little decadent gift that she would never buy herself. But whatever you do, make sure to give her a loving thank you. Check out a few things on our list!

Think In a recent article, The New York Times explores the newest explosion of vanity sizing (the adjusting of measurement scales so that a woman who once wore a size 10 can now, arbitrarily, wear a size 8) and its footprints on the American retail scene.  MyBestFit, a full-body-scanner that calculates the circumference of your various appendages, can now specify what clothes to grab according to the brand you’ll be buying, cutting back on time, energy, and supposed humiliation. While the issue of rotating between a small, medium and large can be perplexing in a mall, it’s exponentially more frustrating for online shoppers, who often need to order (and thus return) multiple items at a time in order to discover their true size. As the author explains, ”Take a woman with a 27-inch waist. In Marc Jacobs’ high-end line, she is between an 8 and a 10. At Chico’s, she is a triple zero. And that does not consider whether the garment fits in the hips and bust. (Let’s not get into length; there is a reason most neighborhood dry cleaners also offer tailoring.)”
