How running taught me to face life
A few weeks ago I wrote about my Running Program. Have any of you stared it?
Now I'm in the 8th week and I feel much better, physically and mentally. Yes, because running not only improves our body but also helps us to face the difficulties of life.
Here's how!We need the right equipment
Have you ever tried to run with flip flops or to warm-up wearing wool sweaters?
Every tool at our disposal must be used well and at the right time. This sagacity makes us prepared for the unexpected and makes us feel at ease in difficult times.
What we need in life? Friendship, knowledge and employment! We need to look around
I like to run in the early morning because I can see a landscape that during the day I can't observe. I love the place where I live! We should stop more often to look around. We could not only discover that life is not all that hardm but we can also note those who need us. More awareness and empathy for all!We need good music!
Can you imagine a world without music? I could not run, work or clean my home.
I need positive charge to starty the day, good energy before a meeting and comfort when something goes wrong. Seven keys can make the differenceWhat running has taught to you?
