Summer/Spring Sports!

Summer is coming and spring is here! Sport is a great way to have fun and keep healthy/fit...
At my high school, we have 3 fields for P.E - one is a massive field that we use for summer sports. We play rounders, cricket and bat & ball games on the court. It is really fun, I strongly suggest that you give 100% effort when doing them.
Being refreshed in the sun is great and we all have to admit that we love it! However, we get sweaty and thirsty really easily, so here are some tips when playing them:
1. Make sure you have a bottle of water -
This could be one bottle or more, like Moosycakes said "we need to drink lots of water to stay healthy". I strongly suggest that you read her article for more information on this!
2. Wear 'gappy' clothes -
When I say this, I mean shorts and a tank top. Otherwise, you could get very hot and sweaty, which isn't too good!
3. Have fun! -
It is the whole point of exercising, to have fun! Make sure you are enjoying the sport as otherwise, what is the point?
