Who can host a Private Party or create a Chat?

Superstars can create a Chat/ Closed parties and invite up to 15 friends to join. For guests it doesn’t matter if you are Superstar or not, everyone who reached level 3 can be invited. Please note that a 5 Stardollar fee is charged for CERTAIN rooms and a 1 Stardollar fee for prolonging those parties/chat (the price is mentioned underneath the room).
