Dynamic Designer Collaborations We Love

vor 156 Monaten

The more the merrier, right? That’s what we think when it comes to not one, but two talented teams joining forces to give us the best of both their worlds in limited capsule collections. From Kate Spade to Jeremy Scott, we take a look at some recent (and highly anticipated) collabs that have us lusting for more. Kate Spade + Current/Elliot- These two big-named designers have joined forces to come up with a new handbag collection, called “The Westward by Emily and Meritt for Kate Spade New York Collection.” The long-titled capsule collection will debut in stores in August, and the six-piece line will have gorgeous handbags priced from $245-$1,295.

Jeremy Scott + Adidas- The quirky designer is teaming up with the sports label to create a fun and youthful take on “athletic” wear for the fall 2011 collection. The eccentric collection will include a tiger striped hoodie, a panda T-shirt, a sequined camouflage mini-dress, and so much more. If this qualifies as buying “workout” gear–we think we’ve found our calling.

Target + Missoni- Um, need we say more? This highly anticipated fall collection, which consists of a whopping 400 pieces, will hit stores September 13th. We foresee this dreamy duo being sold out shortly, so expect us to be the first in line–no cutting! Check out these leaked (oops) Missoni ads featuring Margherita Missoni.

Versace + H&M- The fashionable Swedish retailer never fails to disappoint when it comes to delivering the best (and most affordable) high-end designers for their guest collections. H&M recently announced that Versace will design a 60-piece line for the mega-chain, out in stores November 17th. Expect plenty of studs, leather, and crazy prints…we can’t wait!
