Rachel Bilson has been pap'd everywhere lately! But there's a good reason! She's starring in a new TV series called "Hart of Dixie," which will premiere this Fall right after Gossip Girl! The show is being compared to past hits such as Gilmore Girls, Everwood, and Felicity. It might just be that feel-good, rom-dram that we've been looking for!Expect to see a lot more of Rachel! We love her!

In today’s weird music-meets-fashion news, Soulja Boy’s named his new EP after Bernard Arnault. Arnault, who is the chairman and CEO of LVMH and oversees Louis Vuitton, Dior, Céline and Marc Jacobs among other brands, has been in the news even more than usual given the John Galliano scandal and the open Creative Director spot at Dior. But Soulja Boy’s more concerned with real versus fake Louis than the inner workings of Arnault’s huge company. In Louis Vuitton he sings, “Louis, Louis, all she keeps saying is Louis Vuitton, Louis Vuitton, Louis Vuttion…I came out the water, LV shades on swagging cross the border…Louis, Louis…LV Bags, LV pants with that LV sag.…It don’t make no sense why they LV fake, but mine’s real,” on and on and, well, you get the idea. The best part is, as WWD points out, that he calls Monsieur Arnault Robert at least twice on the album.

    Photos: Peter Lindbergh for Coach

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Coach ads have landed. The actress was rumored to be starring in a Reed Krakoff campaign after being spotted in New York with the designer, but Coach confirmed she’d be their international face in honor of the brand’s 70th anniversary. Paltrow’s ads will run in Europe and Asia this fall, but thanks to the Internet we’ll still see them! Peter Lindbergh shot the actress, who was just nominated for an Emmy for her role on Glee, on top of the Tudor City skyscrapers in New York.

We always look forward to summer's biggest blockbusters, but what we like even more is the fashion at the premieres! Beautiful dresses in hot summer styles, yes please! This week some of our favorite celebs pulled out all of the stops for premieres and fun summer events! Some of our favorites were Chloe Moretz, Clemence Poesy, and of course Zooey Deschanel. We love their use of summer colors in fun, unexpected ways like Chloe's lavender heels or Zooey's bright florals!

Celebrities like to change things up and a lot of times that means cutting off their precious curls! But just like us, celebs aren't always so eager to chop off their hair in an extreme style like pop singer Robyn. Maybe that's why when stars cut their hair they keep it simple. They go for the shoulder length hair cut. Some have their locks cut off right above the shoulder, like Paris Hilton. While others, like Miley Cyrus, chose to have it falling over the shoulder.Actually it's pretty practical, if you have long hair this hairdo isn't too short so you will probably get used to it super fast. And if you end up hating it, well then it doesn't take too long until it grows back out again. Or just do as the celebrities when they are tired of shorter hair, get extensions! But what do you guys prefer? Long tresses or a shorter cut?

While the rest of the world is sweating, and counting down hours to the beach, the fashion industry’s busy previewing holiday collections. So Express found a novel way to earn everyone’s attention—a giant runway show in Times Square. This Saturday, July 23rd, they’ll attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most people on a single catwalk. The record is 521 people so they’re inviting the public to participate and offering t-shirts (that say, “I was a model for a minute!”), runway photos and a shot at gift cards in return. If you’re up for a Saturday in Times Square, just show up at 7th Avenue and 43rd Street at 9AM. If you’re more interested in watching a runway show than participating in one there’s that, too. At 9PM Express will stage its holiday runway show with professional models and, if the past is any indication, a CW-star-studded front row.  Photographers will be on hand shooting the runway for the campaign—so if you’ve been waiting to be discovered, now’s your chance!

At only 19 years old, this model/actress/singer/songwriter has quite the impressive resume. She’s often highlighted on style websites and blogs for her unique, edgy rocker-chic look, not to mention her famous famous head of hair. With her May 2011 debut release of her extended play (EP) As If!, her strong voice over pop influenced digital-beats will have you dancing to the rhythm of her catchy tunes. As for her budding modeling career, Sky has been featured in Calvin Klein’s CK One campaign ad, as well as numerous magazine features including making the cover of Vs. Magazine spring/summer edition. The NYC-based it-girl is now a regular at fashion shows and trendy event openings. Sky’s grungy and easygoing sense of fashion is always stylishly on point whether she’s dressing up (or down) for the red carpet, or just rocking her usual red lipstick, black leather jacket, and laced-up booties at parties and events. This eternally cool and effortlessly trendy downtown girl is certainly one to watch. And we must admit: she pulls off the purple hair with total perfection! Check our our style stalking ways in this EG Style Spotlight.

Rumors have been buzzing that hip-hop legend and style icon, Kanye West, noted for making argyle sweaters appropriate apparel for the toughest of hip-hop artists, will be wielding his well-known swag into what might turn out to be a well-respected womenswear label. Central St. Martin’s professor, Louise Wilson, confirmed the buzz, claiming that West will be collaborating with British fashion designers and former Central St. Martin’s pupil, Louise Goldin. Is this “collaboration” simply the fashion world’s version of lip syncing? Will this line be struck with the all-too-common Mandy-Moore curse of fallen celebrity fashion labels? We will find out when Kanye debuts at New York Fashion Week, this September.
