Who Wore It Best? Camilla Belle vs. Katy Perry
We didn't really love this Marchesa dress for the red carpet on Camilla Belle the first time we saw it, but when Katy Perry wore it the next week as part of her EMA hosting outfits, we thought it kind of worked better as a costume.
