Has one older brother, Moore. She is the youngest of seven daughters. Her first child, Sofia Grace, was born August 1, 2000. Daughter Georgia Grace born 14 March 2002 in Los Angeles. She has a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Graduated high school in 1981 from the prestigious Interlochen Arts Academy in Interlochen, Michigan, where she majored in theater. One of her idols is Tina Turner.
