Our favourite X-Factor judge, Kelly Rowland, is the latest celebrity to have joined the ‘make mine Milk’ campaign – the campaign that celebrates low fat milk.
Milk is a great source of vitamins and essential minerals, it should probably be available on tap. Plus, all varieties of low fat milk contain less than 2% fat, from semi-skimmed at just 1.8% to skimmed which is fat free. So many celebrities love milk – just ask Kelly – she’s told us that she loves nothing more than semi-skimmed with cereal for her breakfast.
