New face for Louis Vuitton: Madonna

Madge is the face for the new Louis Vuitton collection in ads shot by famed fashion photographer Steve Meisel.

“I just blurted out, ‘I think we should do Madonna,” Marc Jacobs, the French fashion house’s creative director, says of the decision to use Madonna.

That's right Stardolls ... Marc Jacobs is still blurting out ideas ... “I was totally just blown away by it, and moved by her performance, by what she had to say, and her energy.” -- and then he's blown away by the results of his own blurt.  Brava!
