Wow this next season of Gossip Girl is going to be exciting! Not only are some of our favourite characters starting their first year out of High School this time, but there are going to be all kinds of new and exciting characters too!

 The latest news is there is a new girl on the Upper East Side! Joining Jessica Szohr, Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester's characters at NYU will be a new girl played by Hilary Duff! She will be playing a Hollywood star trying to be low-key at the university. We hope she is bringing drama! Exciting! (Source: EW)
