Do you have questions when it comes to how MSW will work this year? Well, we’ve got answers!
How will the semi-finals work? Will only dolls from big countries go through?
Everyone has a fair chance, no matter where they’re from. All dolls who get the most number of votes worldwide will make it to the semi-final stage — so make sure you campaign on a global level to increase your chances.
Why can’t I see the button in my Suite?!
Well, you’ll never see the button in your own Suite because you can’t vote for yourself!
If you can’t see the button in any other doll’s Suite, however, that’s probably because you haven’t confirmed your email or you haven’t reached level 10.
I made it to the semi-finals/finals last year. Does that mean I won’t be able to compete again?
Absolutely not! EVERYONE can compete. As long as you follow the requirements under “Can You Win?” in the contest page, that is.
Can boys become Mister Stardoll World?
Yep, guys are very welcome to participate, campaign and win! Unfortunately, however, there are no special prize items created for male dolls in case a boy wins the title. They would still be able to rock that crown (or tiaras), though!
How is it fair if people cheat and use fake accounts to vote or disqualify others?
Cheaters gonna cheat and fakers gonna fake, but it’s all for nothing. We have some nifty tools in place that let us know who’s cheating and which votes are actually valid. Trying to disqualify other with fake votes is just a waste of time. Remember, one of the requirements for winning is playing fair!
I received warnings recently, does this mean I can’t compete?
Not necessarily. If you can see the MSW button and vote for other users, that means you can receive votes too.
Can someone be disqualified?
Anyone who cheats, violates the One Stop Rules or tries to harm other competitors to gain advantage may be disqualified. You can’t win the crown if you don’t respect the game.
