This means that Blake is officially Karl Lagerfeld's (Chanel's designer) muse for his latest collection! That's not all Blake's news though! She jetted straight from Paris to New York last night to make it in time for the NYC premiere of Ryan Gosling's new movie "Blue Valentine". Blake is not in the movie, but we hear she was Ryan's special guest at the screening and at the after party. Also the two of them were stuck together like glue all night!
