When new girl Claire Lyons moves to snooty Westchester from sunny Orlando, she immediately finds out that fitting in is going be a lot harder than she thought it would be.
What's worse is that Massie Block, the most popular girl at new prep school is out to make Claire's life miserable (Claire's two year old Gap overalls and Keds are fashion sins that can't be forgiven) ... and it doesn't help that Claire is living in the guest house on Massie's huge family estate. It's the triple crown of worst moves ever!
The future looks dim for Claire, but with a little luck, a lot of pluck, and the perfect amount of scheming -- she just might stand a chance.
