Knowing When It's Too Much

MSW season is now here, and I know that many of you (myself included!) are trying to get as many votes as possible in hopes to get through to the semi-finals. However, you shouldn't be tiring and stressing yourself out from this. Here are some tips on knowing when it's too much, and this could be for any stressful situation:


Sleep - you should be getting around 8-10 hours of sleep every night, and if you find that if you're losing sleep because of what you're doing, take an early night and get a healthy amount. Your health comes first.


Time - are you spending every minute of your free time on this? If so, it's not good. You shouldn't spend all of your time on one thing. Take a break with these things every hour or two.


Anger - suddenly have a short fuse for little things? That's too much. MSW is meant to be fun, a way to gather votes, but it's not the end of the world if you don't get through.


Ways you can help if it's too much:


Do something relaxing - I like to edit my doll, or change my outfit, or edit my Suite. These are great things to do if you want to stay on the site. Just don't go near the Guestbook or Broadcasts.


Read - a good book will never get old, and will get your mind off of things.
