Dressing For Your Feelings!

We all feel down sometimes, and one thing you could do to try and lift your spirits is put on an awesome outfit! This will give your confidence that boost it needs, and could help cheer you up too. Here are some of my favorite tips about ways to dress for your feelings!



A burst of color!
Adding bright colors to your outfit is a great pick me up! When I'm feeling down, I try not to wear neutral colors because they can sometimes end up feeling a bit bleak when you're looking at them through a negative lens. In contrast, bright colors can help pull your feelings up and put a smile on your face!


Flowy fabrics!
If you're anything like me, wearing some beautiful flowy fabrics can help cheer you up by making you feel pretty and improving your confidence! These types of fabric also feel nice to touch, and this can be very calming - another way flowy clothes can improve your mood!


Try something new!
Wearing a new clothing item is a really quick way to boost your mood! It doesn't have to be something you buy - it could be a cute bow you made yourself, or even something as simple as putting up your hair in a different way. Just try changing something small and see if it makes a positive difference!
