How to be less lazy

Being lazy is just not a good way to live life, even though many people (myself included) are like that. But luckily, recently I was able to be less lazy and be more productive. Here a few ways you can do that...


« Sleep - if you have an irregular sleep pattern or you don't get enough sleep, that can make you less productive. You need eight hours sleep every night.
» Get some exercise - you will feel recharged and more ready to actually do something.
« Think about what would happen if you didn't do that task - everything has a consequence to it, so maybe if you don't do that task it won't be good.
» Be organised - when you have a clean and organised workspace, you should feel more motivated.
« Give yourself one lazy day - being productive is great, but you don't want to feel too exhausted.

Of course, if your laziness doesn't get better or doesn't go, talk to your doctor. You might have an underlying problem as I am not a doctor.
