The Hills star Stephanie Pratt went over to one of her favourite places in West Hollywood, Millions of Milkshakes and she got to create her own flavour! She calls it "Steph's Slumber Party" and after tasting it, she told everyone "Its the best thing I've ever had!" Looking super-cute for the cameras too Steph. of course The Hills cameras were there to catch ever little moment of her adventure as a master milkshake maker! Yummy!
