This Album of note (and clever notes) is by a Stardoll with the rather difficult to pronounce moniker xX.ZUI.Xx (click here to visit the Album) The album has great editorial notes, with a strong emphasis on the explanatory and historical aspects of different styles that she's worked up. Several of her Styled dressups take a doll that is lablelled one thing (such as punk), and tease out other style possibilities. Its an interesting process and one I found very convincing. I think some of those dolls should be re-named. xX.ZUI.Xx joins us from Slovakia and has worked another inspiring take on the mini-heart hairdo. She likes black eyeliner, Marlene Dietrich and the Harry Potter Books (but not the movies). Her Suite is well worth a visit … here are some samples from the Album.
