Paris Hilton may spend most of her time shopping at designer stores and partying with the young Hollywood elite but that doesn't mean she doesn't care! The heiress looked stunning in a real princess gown at the Race to Erase MS fundraiser in Los Angeles yesterday and we're happy to see that she lends her time to charity work too!
