Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson aren't the only celebrities in Paris right now; singer Katy Perry is there too! The EMA hostess seemed to be in very high spirits when she visited the NRJ radio station and held a small concert for 50 people.
Katy looked great in a green and black sweater dress, opaque black stockings and heels and currrent must have trends heavy bangs with a blunt bottom, inspired by geometric Vidal Sassoon cuts from the sixties and a chunky statement necklace.
