How do I change/get a new password?

If you have lost your password, just click on the link "Forgot password?" on the start page. To receive a new password, just enter your nickname or e-mail address and click on Send password.

If you want to receive a new password to your parent email click on the link "Get new password with parent e-mail" below the button Send password.

If you want to change your current password, go to "My Account", choose "Settings". Click on the link "Change password" write your new password and Enter your old password to save changes. Click on save changes.
